Self-help Resource Room: If you're looking for resources, information and tools to help you improve your job search success, the Job Center is the place to go! We have books, videos, pamphlets and related materials, free for your use! We also have computers with a range of software, from word processing to typing tutors and career exploration. Need to create a resume? Learn to type? Brush up on math skills? Come on in and take a look at what we have to offer! |

Workshops, Clinics and Classes: Berlin Job Center offers onsite GED/HSED classes and assistance with resumes, cover letters, and interviewing techniques. |

Special Programs: The Job Center offers many free services to individuals who meet certain eligibility guidelines. Services can include funds for training (books, tuition, childcare, transportation), On-the-Job-Training with area employers, individual counseling and job search assistance, job referrals and hands-on work experience. You may qualify for these programs if you meet specific income guidelines and are in one or more of the following categories:
Unemployed/Underemployed
Older Worker age 55 or more
Disabled Individuals
Dislocated/Laid Off worker receiving or eligible for unemployment compensation
Low income Youth Age 16-21
W2 participants current or recent participant
Migrant Workers
Veterans
BadgerCare Plus
