	Post Your Openings: Your local job center offers you the opportunity to list your openings on Job Center of Wisconsin and JobCentral - by phone, fax, mail, or in person. Your opening will be viewed by jobseekers throughout the state and nation. You can also view Jobseeker Resources on America's Talent Bank.
	Writing Effective Job Descriptions:
	Personal Account Representative: When you work with the Job Center, you'll be assigned a personal Account Representative who will follow up on your job order, work with you on improving recruiting efforts and help you navigate the many services available through the Job Center.
	Workforce Bulletin: View the quarterly online publication featuring business information for employers in the Fond du Lac and Green Lake Co. area.
	Interview at the Job Center: You can conduct your interviews at the Job Center and draw from the public and the Job Center's extensive pool of applicants.
	Get Help with Large Recruitment Efforts: If you need to fill a lot of openings quickly, we can help. Your Job Center can help you get organized and can provide assistance for a large recruitment - at the Job Center or at your place of business.
	Access Wage Subsidy Programs: If you're not currently taking advantage of wage subsidy and tax incentive programs, contact your local Job Center. Your hiring needs may translate into tax savings!
	Layoff & Worker Dislocation Services: If your business is planning a layoff or plant closing, your local Job Center can help with a variety of services for your dislocated workers. A professional team will come onsite and meet with you to map out a comprehensive service package that includes access to available retraining funds, supportive services such as child care and transportation reimbursements, employment search assistance, comprehensive job search training, including professional resume development and more.
	Pre-screening and Referral: Use your local Job Center as the single source to collect and screen your employment applications. We can use your existing application form or the standard, approved Job Center employment application form. You avoid the foot traffic and we refer qualified applicants. It's that simple.
	Assessment and Testing: Your Job Center offers a variety of standardized assessment and testing services, including proficiency, aptitude and interest testing. We'll also provide the linkages to area Technical Colleges to find solutions to your assessment and testing needs.
	Resource Connections: The Job Center website is only one source for service information, business links, government resources and related connections. If you can't find what you need, contact your local Job Center and we'll get you connected!

	Job Center of Wisconsin: This virtual job center is a Wisconsin-centered employment exchange, linking employers in all parts of the state and in communities that border Wisconsin with anyone looking for a job. JobCenterOfWisconsin.com is available at no-cost and is available 24-hours a day. Employers can post their openings on this site, as well as find a worker.
	AlliedHealthCareers.com: Is the premier online resource for employment opportunities in allied health-related fields. Employers/Recruiters can post open positions or search their résumé database.
	JobCentral: Easily affordable for all employers, The National Labor Exchange, which is owned and managed by employers, will help employers satisfy their compliance requirements. For a nominal fee, employers can post jobs, search résumés, and distribute jobs to leading internet search engines such as Google, Indeed.com, and SimplyHired.com plus Jobster.com and over 1,000 other internet sites including: diversity, military alumni and state sites.
